      Received in filthy condition. On the first ride the bike was making loud popping/cracking noises. The chain kept shifting between gears and kept coming off. I took to local reputable bike shop. The bottom bracket was bad $250 needed a clean up and tune up $175. A day later they called me and told me the 1 X group set - shifter, derailleur cassette and chain was very low quality and was the source of my shifting issues 495.34. Had toSpend $1k- total rip off
