    Love this.

    I just got my cast iron griddle and I needed something that would take the heat unlike Teflon that melts. I have 2 others coming of a different style for other food types. This one is good for steaks and burgers and will also fit in well with grilling this spring. It's heavier than the other 2 and can also chop vegies when you sauté them.
