The photos are misleading. It looks like dresses can hang straight down on the left side, but they must be tucked, because I could not get even the 1950s dress to hang straight. The dresses also stick out quite a ways on the right side. The left side gets crowded trying to find space for hats and boots, since only smaller accessories fit in the drawers. I would be tempted to return the item, but that feels like a hassle after unboxing and setting the piece up

We mislead NOTHING. We have sold - literally - 40,000 trunks. No one has said this and it is unkind. First you are hanging GOWNS. The item in our photo are NOT long gowns. Secondly, since EVERY piece of clothing is made of different fabric thickness and design, how can you judge what will fit from OUR photo? This is truly unkind and quite unreasonable. #MakeAmericaNice Again.
