After five minutes, the suggested care time, nothing has really happened. So I let it sit for 10 more minutes and I was able to peel a majority of it off. I don't know if it was the vibrations, letting it soak, or both, but it worked out in the end. Probably worth the price.

Seller told me to cancel return request and they would issue refund. That's 100% a scam, removing your buyer protection and your only way of guaranteeing your refund. Seller's return address is a Mormon church in Tucson with a fake name, and the item shipped from California. They blamed the wrong item on someone from their "warehouse". Take it from a small eBay dealer who personally stocks and ships, AVOID.
