The lamp arrived earlier than expected. The package was heavier than I had expected, so I thought the weight might be due to the packing. While it was packaged very well, the metal lamp and base are good quality and sturdy. Because of the great packaging, all pieces were in perfect condition. Unpacking took longer than assembling the lamp (this is a good thing). It fits perfectly behind my sectional. The touch sensor is easy to use. I am very happy with the lamp and the seller.

Seller did a great job of shipping the item quickly and well and it arrived in a timely fashion. The product itself, a lamp, is mostly what I wanted. The only drawback is that the lamp's touch-activated on/off switch isn't a hard switch, therefore you can't use the light-switch on the wall to turn the lamp on and off. I wish the description had made this side effect more clear. The packaging of the original product was a little frustrating, but this is not the seller's responsibility.

Love this lamp. Bought one and it was great, so immediately bought another. Be very careful when you put it together - the threads are soft aluminum so they may cross-thread. I had no problems and it stands straight and tall. Heavier base than my other similar style lamps, so I’m very pleased.

Ordered a lot from this seller and this has been the only item that came not as described. It was suppose to be new but was an open box with some (not original) tape on it and missing a piece. But we made it work, so I didn’t contact the seller. Every other order I have gotten from them has been great. All ship fast and prices are very good. Will definitely order again. I think they likely had an open box item and a new one and I was sent the open box instead of the new one accidentally.

Item was listed as open box (excellent, new condition with no wear), however, the floor lamp I received had been put together, only taken apart enough to fit in box and there were some scratches and a stripped screw. There was no packaging to secure in box and lampshade was slightly damaged. Did not contact seller, damages were minor and it was a great deal. Would purchase from this seller again with hope of better packaging!

Also, the shirts are irregular, which was not in the description, but I'm not nitpicky, so I'm still satisfied with them.
