    Wonderful Intel desktop PC board with some flaws but great workhorse.

    Bought a brand new one years ago when Windows XP and SATA first came out. After replacing the board twice, all due to it not being able to boot up. I suspect the cause being the capacitors near the CPU. Replacing the board wholesale is far more economical time-wise and effort-wise. One of the best features of this board is the Intel utility that lets you monitor the power supply voltages and the temperatures at the CPU and two zones on the board. One other drawback is it overheats easily if the heat-transfer paste dries up over time and especially if the CPU clock is higher than 2.8 GHz. The AGP slot is also a bit outdated but adequate. The USB connectors to the front panel have grounding issues - plugging in an USB device sometimes shorts out and reboots the computer. However, I'm so ...

    D865GBF replaces D875 for a nice compatible repair

    I bought this board to replace my failed Intel D875 motherboard, which was always a pain for me to use. The D865 is imperceptibly slower but far more compatible with drivers. The board went in smoothly, the new drivers all installed properly, and my computer functioned with no loss of data and no time consuming setup. The performance is adequate for my purposes.

    abc computer

    shipping was slow and one of the capisitors was broken lose from the board. We replaced it and was able to use board anyway. Wil probably use company again anyway. Good pricing on hard to find parts.

    They all appear to be in great shape (no bad caps) and I got them quickly.

    Bought to replace mobo's that run W2K. Getting harder to find this old hardware, but the powers that be will not upgrade our software, so we have no choice.

    Old spare parts

    This is a very special mainboard for some video surveillance systems , with 6 PCI slots and 2 SATA connector. They need like a spare part to keep alive the old systems.
