    New unused product

    Haven't used it yet. The only drawback is it came from the manufacturer with no instructions as to loading. I suppose I'll just have to ask a local office supply. Have now used it several times, and I'm pleased with it.

    DYMO Embosser

    My first one of this newer style model did not work. Because they are inexpensive I did not try to send it back and an in home repair proved unsuccessful. So I purchased this new one and it is operational. However, in comparing this to the older style which was more of a "wand" shape, the printing on this one is not as crisp and the lettering is distorted in size and format. So while it is working and it suffices for getting a raised imprint, it is not nearly as neat and precise as the older type models. I would have purchased one of the older ones similar to the one I had but could not locate. All this said, for the price, it is operational and functional.

    Easy to use which is a good thing because the only instructions are how to load the tape.

    Works well. Makes clear letters,etc. but leaves an embossed line from the tape cutter. Would buy again.
