Positive with a caveat. I have mixed feelings about this transaction. Item was as described and packed carefully, however, seller's ship time and communication leaves a lot to be desired. Item did not ship until the final day of the expected delivery date with no notice or explanation of delay from seller. Seller had marked it shipped 3 days before the shipping label was actually created. After label was created, seller changed ship date and added tracking info. I am happy with the item.

The seller sent me the wrong sized socks ( I ordered 12-16) then they send me a label to send it back that costs 40% of the original price of the item! This is insane. The seller made a mistake and they should cover the cost of the refund. Why should I pay for their mistake? Not to mention the time and hassle of dealing with them. I would not purchase anything from this seller!!

Fast shipping product as described, the delivery company terrible, dropped the package over a gate in the hot sun some of it was like melted inside tube and never brought it up to our house (we have a farm) dumb driver not good left the 8-pack of toothpaste in sun over several hours. Need to use USPS they would have left package in mailbox.
