I got the 5/6/7 With Headphone Jack Mod-
Installation was very very easily accomplished. Simply (but VERY carefully) take the headphone jack and hold switch assembly out of the case that is shipped to you, then install it into your case- then reassemble after testing.
The results are absolutely INCREDIBLE and I couldn't possibly recommend this enough.

This Taptic mod kit was perfect. I destroyed 3 Taptic engines trying to solder them myself and gave in to a pre-made kit. I should have just bought this from the beginning! Super easy to install and I really like that there was heat shrink and strain relief around the delicate solder points.
