Shipment was fine. Lift parts(hose) no correct and manual you have to download from their website instead of it being shipped in the box. They have a video online to follow but no sound, the hydraulic hose that goes from the pump to the bottom of the post is way to short. I have seen reviews stating this has been a issue, the company still has not corrected this hose. Trying to contact Mayflower now to get correct hose.

the free shipping was a nightmare.First off it arrived 20 days later than mayflower said it would. They used some cut rate shipping company that only shipped to my area once a week then they messed up and forgot their equipment to unload the items in front of mine in the truck. So they had to come back the following week. Now I am missing part of my order the Hydraulic pump and motor component to the entire auto lift is missing who knows how long it will take to get it????

 Buy with confidence !! This Lift is everything as described ! Great quality and best bang for your buck. Don’t fall for these more expensive lifts that are the exact same thing but rebranded! Mayflower has went beyond my expectations , I received my lift in 5days as mentioned on purchase day seller was super responsive, and answered all of my questions !
I read other comments about shipping hassle… just make sure you ship it to A place with a forklift and you will have no problem!
