For those looking for a good flagship type phone, this is a good option. It is the cousin of the Poco F5 and 40% cheaper. This one came with no apps installed other than a messenger, browser, mi store (all in Chinese) and google store. I am not techy but have personalized it quite easily. There is a worldwide version which you can choose, what that has on it I don't know. It is quick and responsive, overall very pleased. The acid test would I buy it again, YES, but it might be the world version.

wow what a surprise,I received my redmi note 12 turbo this morning ,I ordered it on the13th of April and the delivery date was the 22nd of may so they were super fast. it was very well packaged. I was dubious about purchasing a phone from China as I have been conned by other firms so thiswas adelight.Now this phone is only available from China there is no global version,you it does have google play store but you have to side load chrome and most of your apps so you need some patients ,love it.

It took time for the phone to arrive but thats because we ordered it right before december which is chrismas season and the package is big and had problems with the courier. The seller is very responsive and went above and beyond for us to receive it sooner despite the size of the package. My husband is very happy with the new phone. I'm still astonished by the precision and professionality of the seller. I accidentally put a wrong address and he refunded me in the same day so that I could reorder with the correct address.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra 16Gb/1Tb came factory sealed, with global ROM and with proper EU plug adapter.
I paid for fast shipment therefore the package arrived in Italy within 6 days, however the shipment was a bit overpriced for a 390 gr good considering I paid 60EUR import taxes. It's a 100% good experience!
