Buyer bought this frame to replace his broken frame and blamed me for it. I asked him to return the frame for inspection but he refused. He open a return case and asked for a partial refund without returning it and I agreed and give him a partial refund. right after accepting my refund he leaves this UNFAIR NEGATIVE.
