Great safe great seller however the Safe was damaged during UPS shipping process the safe appeared to be packed well I can only assume it was due to ruff handling in transit The seller was gracious and adjusted the price for the damaged corner of the safe. Great communication! Just as I was ready to give up on EBay due to poor selling practices this seller showed there are still people in the world that do have integrity! Nice heavy solid safe! I can live with the damaged corner. Thank you!

BUY WITH CAUTION!! Incorrect item was sent, the interior dimensions didn't match the listing. The seller wants me to pay $85 just to ship it back even though they sent the wrong item. When trying to get a partial refund to help cover the shipping or a return label per eBay's money back gaurntee the item back, the seller stopped communicating with me. Now I'm stuck with the wrong item, that I cannot use as it won't fit the items I need it to. I just want what I ordered.

Sellers, Please be careful of this guy, Looking for minor issues of products and asking huge discount.
We offered $85 as partial refund to keep product ( In fact 14"H x 8 ¾"W x 10 ¼"D, but
actual dimensions 13 1/2" H x 9 1/2" W x 9 1/2" D ) but he refused.
He threatened and we told him $85 is max and he uploaded this bad review.
