Loved my first purchase, so ordered this a week later. Arrived promptly, but wasn’t working properly. This is no fault of the seller, as these appear to be factory new old stock or refurbs. Contacted seller, he responded rapidly and sent out a replacement the next day. Said not to return the malfunctioning unit and that would be sufficient resolution if ok with me. I consider this a fine resolution and no wonder they have such a high rating. Great seller, communication and transaction!!!
