I have no issues with ezviz product itself, this one is a great outdoor camera, with it being outdoor, I get a lot of unstable connection even though I'm on fibre extra, it could be the Internet it could be the camera, 1 minor issue, you can see where the camera is pointing when you look at it, ideally the lens could have been a little bit more less obvious to intruders etc.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
