    Good, depending on what you are looking for.

    The Support Sleeve, to get a good fit, requires two people or multiple attempts to get it on correctly. This sleeve does not get as cold as other sleeves but cold enough to provide some relief. I use ice wraps and supports often so, for me, colder is better. What is good about this Sleeve is the SUPPORT it offers in addition to the cold. This Sleeve keeps your elbow supported very well. The flexible metal rods on either side help keep your elbow stable. I place my elbow in the hole provided and put the wrap on to get the best fit. This Wrap is Great for dealing with more serious pulls or tears. I keep the plastic that the ice pack comes in and reuse it. Placing the ice bag in the freezer without it allows it to pickup other food smells, KEEP THE PLASTIC BAG.
