Contacted the seller, he responded quickly and indicated the last box should arrive the next day. The last box arrived damaged and missing 6 of the 10 batteries. Contacted the seller again with pictures showing the damage. The seller responded quickly and shipped the remaining batteries in a different box from the norm. These batteries ended up with bent connectors and were tossed around in the box during shipping not well packed. Order complete
