the item match the description and new (i haven't installed and tested it yet). it arrived very well packed but it didn't arrive on time. i originally orders 4 items but only one shipped due to item being out of stock. the seller had no issue w/ order cancellation and offered to keep the single item that was shipped and received. there was no hassle in this transaction.

LEDs fit like a glove. Worked right out of the box. Strips were packaged well but 2 or 3 of the strips were bent at the outer edges. Shipping was fast and the seller was great to deal with. LEDS strips usually ship in a PVC pipe. These were in a long small cardboard box. Overall great value for the price. However, I don't know how long they will last.
