The shirt was carefully wrapped and it arrived in excellent condition. It was labeled as sleeve length 34/35, but in fact it was 33/32. The shirt was not altered, and the vendor could not have known or suspected the mislabeling. She cheerfully accepted the return and refunded my money. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
