    I purchased twin size 10" and I like the firmness. Not too hard not too soft. Its consider medium so I purchased king size 14" next. I hated it. If its not too heavy to return it I would definitely return it. Too soft. I'm only 123lbs but I sink in it. I wish the seller would be more detailed on this item b/w 10" mattress & 14" mattress. I wouldn't have bought it. 14" is too soft not medium firm. I'm not sure if I'm just the unlucky 1 with this experience.
