The mirror balls, AKA "disco balls" are shipped in a box with zero packing materials. They are clearly drop-shipped from another location (not a problem, of course) because my replacement came the same exact way. My original one was broken and the replacement was also broken. THAT SAID ---> They were quick to handle the refund, so I am thanking them for that.
