Looks like a good quality fuel sender. It took a lot of trial and error with the adjusting the frame depth and float rod to get the reading to accurately show how much fuel is in the tank. You have to bend the float rod which isn't shown in the directions but has to be done or the sender won't go down into the tank. All in all happy with the purchase.

1985 chevy p-30 60 gal has 3 tubes coming out of tank. keep that piece, trim new top post with a file (to make round and shorter 1/16 in.) totally dismantle new unit, cut top 1/8 in. off top new bracket (the 90) use the 5 in. long part as back of clamp to clamp sending coil to metal downspout tube of old unit, you'll need 2 longer screws than the ones on the new unit. mark height as in new directions on tube. move unit to bottom of tube (so you can get it in tank) slide up to tighten. good luck!

Works well on 2008 Isuzu NPR after modification. Adding one 10 ohm resistor and make it from 0-90 ohm to 100 - 10 ohm to meet the requirement of 2008 Isuzu NPR. The price of original fuel sender is too high ($309 asked by the Isuzu dealer).

    Works great

    I bought this to replace the broken sender in my 1984 Tioga motor home. Since the original sender was part of a combo inlet pipe/sender unit, I had to punch a new hole in the top of my tank to add this sender. That went well and the sender is working great. The first time I have had a useful fuel gauge since we bought the coach nearly 10 years ago.
