Packaging was a bit untidy, (a plastic gray bag wrapped with a tape into a tight bundle), but the hose and nozzle work great, exactly as described. Good price on this expandable very lightweight hose. I didn't notice the washer that was included for the hose at first, but knew it needed one. Fortunately I found it, and no leaking. Love that it shrinks back up when the water is shut off and remaining water expelled. Shipping was free and timely. I already had a holder, none included.

Casters don't look brand new. They have some light scuff marks but work as expected. Communicated with the seller and was assured that they are new. It's possible they got beat up in shipping, but packaging didn't look bad. Anyways, overall a positive experience and if the casters hold up as advertised and expected, definitely a great value.
