US Seller was VERY helpful. Said she took the item to a distribution point and they wrapped and despatched it. However, they didn't wrap it properly and it arrived broken. Seller was very helpful in explaining how to get a refund, and that came very quickly. Unfortunately there hasn't been another the same since but I'll keep looking. I've told subsequent sellers to wrap these angels very carefully!
