It's alright. I love this operating on a 18650 battery. I already have the cells and chargers so this is a good product I'm pretty happy with. I don't think I would put this anywhere near my wobbly bits, but it does a decent job cutting my hair above my neck. It's alright for my face too. It's a little rough doing a close cut to minimal stubble. Growing the hair out and using this tool to trim it should be a breeze.

There are two versions of this hair clipper, I have now tried both, this one is far better than the other one. the other one is almost twice the cost. it uses cheap NI-cad batteries they don't hold a charge after about a year. I don't know what this new one uses but at the lower price, if it last a year it's still worth it, I expect it will last far longer than 1 year. chose wisely !

Casters don't look brand new. They have some light scuff marks but work as expected. Communicated with the seller and was assured that they are new. It's possible they got beat up in shipping, but packaging didn't look bad. Anyways, overall a positive experience and if the casters hold up as advertised and expected, definitely a great value.
