Its a personal preference and they make it with or without. Flossing helps but these proxy brushes after brushing and flossing will save your teeth for your lifetime. Implants are between $1,000 and $3,000 per tooth. These proxy brushes are your cheapest and best preventive choice. I’m a dentist’s wife.
