    The condition of the product was fine, but there is no way to use this product without a transfer of accounts so the product is useless. Cannot be used the seller portrays that it is in well good usable condition which in fact is faults

    The item was clearly marked "not Working for Parts" ... The parts are all working, everything was as described. It is up to the processing company to allow or deny its use that has nothing to do with the sale of the item as it was described "Not Working for Parts"

    You bought an item that was clearly marked "for parts not working" and then wanted a refund because you obviously don't know how to read an Ad. You were refunded even after you didn't return the items. I've blocked you and I urge any other sellers to avoid this buyer.
