DO NOT SUPPORT THIS VENDOR!! THEY ARE RETALIATORY VENDORS. EBAY SHOULD BAN THEM COMPLETELY. NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM PRINTERDOCTOR'S. I purchase a drum from them a year ago. It was defective. I thought I would buy another one and just return the original one. They did not accept. Toner is TOXIC. Below are pictures of the state they returned my original defected purchase was returned to me. They sell overpriced refurbished print equipment. Now I"m stuck with a defected drum. They're shameles

Seller doesn’t accept returns on junk merchandise. Gears are brittle and flimsy. Charges shipping twice for each gear as well.

  • Only wanted the controller board

I bought this as my own one had died with a lot of data that I needed (why didn't I do backups???!!!) Anyway, I got this one for $28.10 inc P&P which is much cheaper than buying the board separately (and even if I did there was no real guarantee that this would fix my drive, at least this way I figured worst case was I would probably end up with a serviceable HDD for around $30) Anyway as luck would have it the drive arrived and worked fine. I stripped off the board and installed it on my faulty drive which promptly sprang into life as if nothing had happened. So now I have a drive with no controller board, as before!!! (but I did get my data back)

  • Deagate Diamond

Easy to install. And it ran like a champ. It is very suitable for Home use as 200GB is enough for day to day stuff. It is being used as the second hard drive and stores all back-up data from the main drive. It gets about 20% use out of both drives.
