Received glasses but one was completely shattered in the box. Reached out to seller but was told it “must have broke during transport” and probable because “mail carriers aren’t very careful when handling. “ The glasses were only bubble wrapped around the sides not tops or bottoms. The box it as shipped in was not marked fragile. Seller said they’d reach out to eBay on policy of broken items. It had been more than a week and I’ve had no correspondence. Very poor customer service on sellers part.
