I liked the fact that the seller gave me a complete refund. Though I would have been much happier if the seller would have at least tried to communicate with me after reading my questions and before over-reacting and giving me a full refund. The items description was not clear to me. I'm not disputing the seller's comments in his singular response. But, obviously I did not see that the product sold to me had been opened; I could have got the same product at the same price (new) at Amazon

Shipped fast, and packed appropriately. Drum definitely has signs of heavy use, as if someone put their used unit back into the box and sent it back. However, that is something I expected to be the case with anything I buy listed as open-box. I got a printer running for under $50, so it doesn't matter to me.
