When you sent us a message about the issue with the rod, we tried getting more information and helping. You didn't want to return the rod, and wanted us to send you a guide. We let you know we don't have guides to send out, and again told you we would get a return label out to get the rod back for a refund if you put in for a return. Since it is still within thirty days, you can put in for a return and we will get a label out to you, to get the rod back for a refund.
