The new cell phone (Nord N200) was delivered in its original box and sealed. However, the phone is a locked one as opposed to seller's claim that it is unlocked. This is a serious misrepresentation. Sellers that do this should be penalized.

PLEASE show me ANYWHERE on my listing that says the phone is UNlocked? Anyone can look at the listing and NOWHERE on the listing does it say it is unlocked. As a matter of fact, the title says (Metro-PCS).
