The item came damaged- An obvious 5 inch cut across the leather. The seller was willing to take it back, but did not communicate or offer even a simple apology. My daughter cried, it was for her birthday, so we kept the backpack. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left- for sending an VERY obviously damaged item and never communicating.
