Days later they said they would overnight the pieces. 5 business days now, no parts. That was a lie. They also did not respond to my midweek "where is it". This morning, I put in a return request. They are in the same state as I am. Still no response for the return. I'm done. Won't do business with again. Will trash the item as it will not work as is. You should work on you customer service!

We did have a little glitch in which I was shipped out an order that had been sent without my custom printing. as soon as I noticed this, I went to contact them, but they had already left me a message acknowledging they believe they sent out the wrong package and if i could confirm. when I confirmed, everything was corrected fast.this is a company I will always do business with.
