Unit arrived packaged very well. All components were as described. And when I reached out because I needed a full height bracket for the card instead of a half height bracket, they reimbursed me the cost of getting a bracket from another eBay listing. That's customer service! Next time, I could probably save even more by shipping to a location close to the USA/Canada border to reduce/eliminate brokerage fees and customs fees which were unexpected for me. My fault though as I should have known.
