Keyboard works, was in new condition was well packaged. Price including shipping was very reasonable. Downside is that the 'fit and finish' of this part differs in many ways from the OEM keyboard. Further, this unit did not install correctly out of the box and required modification (HP Probook 470 G5). The issue was that one plastic tab on the back (under the numpad) did not align with the matching slot in the OEM top plate, and required removal in order for installation to proceed.

Absolutely FABULOUS SELLER!!! A+++ Of course this was the exact correct item. But the delivery was quick and the screen was packaged PERFECTLY. Well wrapped in bubble wrap and then in a very strong rigid cardboard box.
I could not have asked or even suggested a more secure way to ship.
