Had to wait the shipping time but from opening it to putting in the water filter took less than 2 min. It fit perfectly and was easy to turn counter clockwise 180 degrees!!! I will keep this tool incase the issue arises every water filter change!!! Thanks!!!

Initially while reseting, I was little soft in rotating the tool and it was not going to the position of 12. Finally, after a little hard twist it went to 12, and there goes the filter went all the way in and rotated clockwise to lock. Thank guys!

I have literally cried over trying to replace the filter on my fridge. The first time I didn’t know the filter hadn’t gone in all the way and flooded the inside of my fridge. Then I battled with LG and they made me feel like I was insane and there wasn’t any problem with replacing the filter. Thank you for making this tool!
