Overall experience ended up being excellent although initially marked by a major snafu in originally shipping me the wrong laptop, a Lenovo. Attributed to error in their shipping dept. They (Odyssey Computers) made it right as soon as I contacted them. Rabia, the Customer Service Rep was very apologetic, located correct item, air shipping correct laptop, a Dell Latitude 5510. Laptop in like-new condition and all is running well. While shocked upon opening original box, they made it right!
