Item was never shipped. Seller didn't communicate this at all until I filed item not received request. Seller said "couldn’t erase the phone to give to you, because it had no internet service". At least a full refund was provided but tread carefully with this new seller as he/she is still learning the ropes. I would give negative feedback but being generous since the seller is new.
