Verified purchase
After I bought the item, seller cancelled my purchase and refunded. Said that Ebay made her cancel because my address shows PR and not PR, USA, which is not correct. My address has always shown PR, USA. She relisted the item and NOW says she doesn't ship to US Protectorates. Seller did not comply with her obligation to complete the sale.

That is definitely untrue. I never said "Ebay made me cancel because your address shows PR and not PR, USA which is not correct." Also untrue is your saying " My address has always shown PR, USA." When you purchased, it only said PR. Only after I mentioned it should show correctly as "PR USA" on future labels, only then did you edit your address to include your telephone number and USA. I told you in ebay messaging why I cancelled, and you refused to accept it, messaging me angry 3 more times.
