The item arrived much earlier than the estimated date and arrived in perfect condition. The sale was awesome saving me over 90% off regular price. Especially for the type item this is (neck traction device) a returned item does nothing to affect the quality of this item and even though its a returned item, it is still brand new, clean and in pristine condition.
