The surfaces are pretty shiny for such a guy as this. What little dust on it was from the inner paper sleeve and this is common as paper sleeves are known to shed. So as I see it, it fits the description. No paper sleeve doesn’t shed for those who don’t know as they age. Price was good so can’t complain about jack as I am pretty happy and that isn’t a given so consider it a compliment.
