Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's sinister short story, The Black Cat is a hidden object game that features multiple locales across six chapters of play. As with other titles in the genre, the goal is to locate a list of items hidden within static background scenes as quickly as possible. Each scene also includes an inventory item that can be used on different objects as you progress, such as wire cutters or a saw, enabling you to reveal and unlock new areas. Also included are various mini-games, a journal of your progress, and an unlimited hint system that recharges over time.

    Entertaining

    Ive always wanted to get further than the 'trial' time with both these games, and now i have played them several times each; solving them over & over.....still not tired of them, the stories are good mysteries!
