Great seller! Nice item! Seller was very communicative and conscientious, which was very much appreciated. Item was exactly as shown and described, SUPERBLY packaged and promptly shipped. I was very pleased with all aspects of this transaction.

The item was very well packaged (un-damaged box), arrived in a reasonable timeframe, & was mostly as described with one important exception: the top plate was separated from the bottom stand by means of a worn dowel screw, and required us to perform a time-consuming repair drilling & replacing it to make it functional. Despite repeated attempts to work out a solution, the seller only told me that it must be UPS's fault, I would have to go through their claims, and stopped responding to messages.

A+A+A+ Everything A+..You left something out of your description- Even prettier in person. I 'm so happy with this beautiful plate-so so so beautiful. And your packing-what a treat. Really. I've received a lot of pieces but this was packed better than them all. You get the Gold Star for your packing. Purple Styrofoam-yes--tiniest teeny weenie shredded paper-yes--it was like breaking into Fort Knox. But this plate--I'm so happy with this- Thanks Tom-I appreciate everything.
