    The Firm videos are the best of all exercise instructions.

    I LOVE The Firm videos in general. I had all the early VHS tapes and the tall step, etc. and have always been impressed with the serious use of weights to shape and increase muscle mass. If you're going to lose weight, feel poised and strong, you cannot just do aerobics. The Firm is the best. I was looking for a gift for my daughter and bought this set. Hard to find the first tapes but these are just as good.

    Great workout!

    I find the sculpting videos to be challenging without being too easy. I like the instructors too. They are concise and easy to follow. I was using a regular step but bought the firm box as their exercises are tailored to it. Great workout! I'm sweating and tired when I'm done.

    Awesome product. Great value for the money.

    I love this DVD, I have most of the Firm Work out. I will buy Firm Work out any time. I know the Firm work out are great.

    The Firm - Cardio Sculpt Blaster

    I like the usage of like weight in conjunction with cardio workout. I like the firm because of this combination along with low impact workout. The combination of weights with your workout will produce faster results in minimum time.

    Great time-saving video!

    This is a great workout for days when you're pressed for time. It includes a full body Firm workout in half the time of other Firm workouts.
