The item is shown is a very light grey/silver colour. The actual item is a very very dark grey colour. I messaged the seller but all they could ask was if the model number is correct. What does the model number have to do with the colour advertised? Nothing. Seller did a good job with delivery to Canada and the watch itself is good. Definitely not happy as I purchased this product solely on the colour as advertised. See photo below, huge difference in colours!

we asked the buyer if you're not happy with your purchased you can return for the full refund. The lighting can altered the color of the watch a little bit but if you read the item description it clearly stated Charcoal color. Buyer doesn't want to cooperate to solve the problem.
