Not overly happy about this canner. The instruction booklet is in Chinese. The gauge measures in K PA. And it will only go to 9 1/2 pounds. Normal canning is 10 pounds, and at my elevation I have to use 15. Which most canners will do. Wish this part would’ve been in the description.
