Product arrived quickly. I really, really wanted this to work out, because I don't think it's fair that only licensed stylists are allowed to buy the "good stuff" at special stores. The Shinefinity Activator wasn't sealed, and didn't have that "odor" that developer usually has, and it had a date of 310320 on the bottle (over 3 years old?). Made my hair very dry and frizzy, didn't really tone down the warm tones in spite of following directions exactly.
