Good design! BAD functionality!
This was a real disappointment. I purchased this dispenser for our recently remodeled bathroom. I loved the brush nickel finish... it was a perfect match. The instructions were pretty clear and the overall design and look were good. If only it worked, that would be good. I installed fresh batteries and loaded some thin liquid soap. The sensor recognizes when my hand is there, but dispenses only a pea-sized drop of soap. In order to get enough soap to wash my hands, I'd need to do that 6 or 7 times (maybe more). If the designers simply made the motor run for 1-2 seconds (instead of the 1/2 second that it is now), it would surely dispense the correct amount of soap. Bought six of these and all of them will not dispense hand soap. Only way I got it going was to put 2/3 water mixed with a 1/3 of soap. Don’t waste your money on these
