    Good Value

    Got this instead of a six core i7 990/980/970 ($50-$100 for a xeon vs around $200-$300 for a i7). Works well in a MSI X58 Platinum(None SIL version). Got a nice overclock on it of 2.8ghz air cooled at around 60c-70c (going to get a AIO water cooler to get better temps and better OC if possible). Performs extremely well and would recommend to any one who needs a cheap six core cpu for gaming or video editing if there able to get a socket 1366 motherboard for a good price.

    Great upgrade for old workstation

    Hey all, I have a Dell precision t5500 workstation, and these cpus are great to use on these to improve performance and scalability of tasks, if you want to, and have an old workstation like mine, these xeons are a great way to rejuvenate these computers into working well and reliably.
